RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that buying online can be tricky. Because all items are custom-made just for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind (including selecting the wrong size or color). Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, or if there's a manufacturing error, we'll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@workofourhands.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work with our print provider to resolve the problem promptly.
For unsuccessful deliveries, we offer reprints for an additional charge or a partial refund. Please note that for DTG products, there is a 0.5-inch tolerance for print placement.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Original Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any signs of wear or tear.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as ‘on discount’ or sold under ‘Sales’ are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Free Items: If you received any free items with your order, you must return all items, including the free ones, to be eligible for a full refund.
Please note: Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, including incorrect size or color selection. Please consult our size guide carefully before placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Contact Us: Email us at [your customer service email] to initiate your return or exchange.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and your desired outcome (exchange or refund). If requesting an exchange, please specify the desired item(s).
- Return Address: We will provide you with the return address. You are responsible for arranging return shipping with your preferred courier.
- Tracking Number: Once shipped, please provide us with the return tracking number.
- Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned item(s) within 7 business days of receiving them.
- Processing:
- Exchanges: Your new exchange order will be shipped once the returned item is received and the processing fee is paid.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
WRONG ORDER
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@workofourhands.store with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will assist you in getting the correct item.
ORDER AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
- Amendments: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. We cannot guarantee amendments as orders are processed quickly.
- Cancellations: To cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee cancellations as orders are processed quickly.
